A: Currently CRYSCORE can provide standard or custom sapphire wafers with any orientation and any thickness applied to epitaxy, as well as sapphire windows with any specifications applied to optics. Patterned sapphire substrates and sapphire ingots also can be provided.
For sapphire wafers, 1-inch to 8-inch circle wafers, square and rectangle wafers, with any orientation and any thickness. Single side polished (SSP) or double side polished (DSP). C-plane (0001), A-plane (11-20), M-plane(10-10), R-plane(1-102), N-plane(11-23), V-plane(22-43), 10-14, etc..
For sapphire windows, dia. 3.5mm to dia. 290mm or size from 3 mm x 3 mm to 200 mm x 200 mm with any orientation and any thickness. SSP and DSP. Coated or uncoated.
Currently, we have two patterns for 2-inch and 4-inch patterned sapphire substrates (PSS).
Diameter: 2.4 +/- 0.2 µm, Spacing: 0.6 +/- 0.2 µm, Depth: 1.5 +/- 0.15 µm. Or diameter: 2.7 +/- 0.1 μm, spacing: 0.3 +/- 0.1 μm, depth: 1.7 +/- 0.15 μm.
Our sapphire ingots are cored from high-grade Kyropoulos grown boules. The crystal materials we use are of 99.999% high purity. We supply dia. 2-inch to 8-inch sapphire ingots with any orientation and custom specifications.
CRYSCORE can also provide sapphire wafers with laser scribed lines as well as other sapphires with special specifications.
A: Our sapphire wafers are cleaned in class 100 cleanroom by ultrapure water with quality above 18MΩ *cm, and then packed in clean cassettes. 25pcs a pack or single pack is available to maximize customer flexibility in their research.
